It is the creation of Bobby Collins. He was born and raised in North Carolina, but relocated to West Virginia in 1999. The name Tarbilly’s is a combination of “The Tar Hill” state and the “Hillbillies” of West Virginia. I have made this sauce for a number of years beginning in my kitchen and am now having it bottled and labeled just for you. Enjoy the great taste of two cultures combined.
